Try a client follow-up
Kickoff notes: simplify the homepage, explain the services clearly, and give visitors an easy way to get in touch.
Keep the brief close to the work.
Give each project a place for the context behind it, so a follow-up still makes sense after the call ends.
One home for the decisions.
Capture the goal, the agreed scope and the details you need to remember. Keep the note beside the tasks it creates.

Agreed in the kickoff
- Three service pages and a simpler homepage
- First review after the outline is approved
Ask for the current copy and brand files before drafting.
Make the deliverable manageable.
Break the work into steps, set a due date and keep the next action visible. The project note holds the thinking behind each task.

Illustrative projects and dates
A personal desk for every project.
Keep the material you need close to the next action, even when your week spans several clients.
- Notes with structure
- Use headings, tables, callouts, drawings and audio recordings when a quick list isn’t enough.
- A repeatable start
- Make a template for kickoff notes or project briefs and use it for the next client.
- Keep working offline
- Edits save on your device while you’re offline and sync with your account when you reconnect.
The practical stuff.
